Long before the Simpsons did their Itchy and Scratchy spoofs there was the cartoon comic duo of Tom and Gerry.
By today’s standards this cat and mouse conflict cartoon is anything but politically correct. In fact I’m surprised that it hasn’t yet been denounced by the Internet’s hive mind. Fortunately I don’t care about P.C. culture or virtue signalling. Therefore I’m capable of enjoying 1940s cartoon mayhem and I’ll laugh my head off at Tom’s misfortunes
